Why Not Half Birthdays?

Okay, so today my friend told me that her half birthday is tomorrow. I just laughed and told her that I would half decorate her locker.
Lot's of people don't count half birthdays because they say that they don't matter. But why in the world wouldn't they matter? If you asked any little kid on earth how old they were, all of them would tell you that they're like 3 and a half, or four and three quarters or something.
Halves and quarters are important! What if the cashier at Target told you, that would be twelve dollars and fifty cents please, you can't just tell them, oh halves don't matter. Well sorry, but they most defiantly do.
Your half birthday is exciting because you only have half a year to go until your actual birthday.
Oh, and speaking of not believing in other birthdays, you might want to watch the Disney movie Alice in Wonderland. Un-birthdays are also so very important.
Just remember to celebrate every day like it's your birthday!
